After harvesting, the wood is transported to the processing plant:
• The solid wood is sawn into timber strips.
• Sawdust, branches, bark, and leftover pieces are used to produce wood pellets.
• Producing pellets allows us to utilize the entire tree, leaving no waste materials.

Drying is carried out for 25 to 45 days, depending on the thickness of the wood.
Step 3
Transferred to the cooling warehouse.
Step 4
Transferred to the planing and cutting section.
Step 5
Transferred to the finger-jointing line.
Step 6
Transferred to the line for applying glue to the finger joints, using imported German adhesive.
Step 7
Transferred to the laminating section.
Step 8
Moved to the strip screening section.
Step 9
Assembled into panels.
Step 10
Transferred to the surface treatment line.

QC inspection.

Packing into bundles and warehousing for shipment.
